BACHOURA 8289 — DOWN TOWN, LEBANON

Project Type: Architecture
Date: 2016
Status: The project was stopped in 2016 when the Government rented the full building from the owner for Governmental use purposes.

Located in central Beirut, this historic building is part of Lebanon's cultural heritage and was formerly used as dormitories. The aim was to change its function into a Boutique Hotel by fully renovating the interior architecture, without modifying the exterior envelop of the building.
Our vision for this transformation was to create a cohesive aesthetic that accentuates the building's unique character. By unifying the exterior color scheme, we wanted to give the impression that the structure has been carved out from a single mold, enhancing the visual harmony of its diverse architectural elements.
