The Mount Lebanon Hospital, originally constructed in the 1990s, featured an extension designed as a symmetrical, substantial structure, complete with pillars and slabs. However, the facades had not been planned for either the existing building or the newly conceived extension. The challenge lay in integrating a facade treatment seamlessly into the existing structure while also accommodating the newly envisioned architectural elements.
